Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a type of therapy that uses gentle manual pressure applied to the skull, spin and membranes to restore rhythmic flow to the craniosacral system, which include the brain, spinal cord, cerebrospinal fluid and surrounding membranes.
