If you are looking for a location to host your next event or activity, we can accommodate all of your needs! All rentals are scheduled after business hours of the Wellness Center.
General Rental Cost of the Wellness Center Per Hour:
- $75 Wellness Center member / $85 non-member / per hour for the gym
- $90 Wellness Center member / $100 non-member / per hour for the pool
- $25 Wellness Center member / $35 non-member / per hour for multi-purpose room (AV, chairs, tables provided)
Add a Birthday Package to your rental (if you choose) $40
- 30 minutes added to your rental for a party
- Use of the all-purpose room upstairs for a party
- Wellness Staff members will help facilitate your party
- Wellness Center Staff does set up/tear down of tables and chairs and clean-up
- Birthday Cake
- Punch or lemonade
- Provide napkins, plates, cups, knives, forks
- General decorations
Independent Contractor Agreement for Wellness Center Rentals
- These prices are for organizations or individuals that would like to utilize our facility for the purpose of multiple practice sessions, team training camps or hosting camps.
- Facilitates multiple sessions as determined at the beginning of this agreement.
- Shall be directly responsible for collection of all registration funds.
- Shall obtain signed Wellness Center waivers of all participants and turn them in prior to the start of the program. (See waiver file below.)
- Contractor will pay half the cost of the total rental as a deposit at time of reservation and may pay the final cost at the end of the program.
- $35 per hour for the rental of the gymnasium
- $50 per hour for rental of the pool
