Aqua Resistance

Take your water workout to the next level! This high energy workout combines the resistance of water with strength-focused lifting exercises for a full-body burn. Using aqua dumbbells, resistance equipment, and bodyweight movements, you’ll build muscle, boost endurance, and torch calories.

This HIIT class involves various workouts that are similar to “crossfit” style WODs (Workout of the Day). The instructor changes the class up every day. Moves involved can range from core routines, Olympic weightlifting moves, cardio, body weight exercises etc. You will enjoy the variety! Time will vary.

This class is specially designed for the individual with health concerns (Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Replacements, etc).  It allows those with these concerns to utilize water buoyancy allowing the removal of excessive stress on the joints in the body.

Spin Bootcamp

Spin Bootcamp is a fast, high-energy 30-minute workout that combines the best of cycling and strength training. Spend the first 15 minutes on the bike building cardio endurance, then transition off for
15 minutes of weights, core work, and body-weight exercises. Perfect for anyone who wants a full-body workout in half the time!
