Classes & Programs to Help You Reach Your Goals
We offer a variety of group exercise classes, personal training, and specialty classes are also available to keep you motivated on your journey to wellness. We also have a variety of programs for adults and youth.
Located in the peaceful rural community of Hopedale, IL the Wellness Center is located on the campus of Hopedale Medical Complex (HMC). We are located at 222 NW Grove Street, Hopedale, IL.
Our Hours
Monday - Thursday 5:00am – 7:00pm
Friday - 5:00am - 5:30pm
Saturday - 7:00am – 12:00pm
Sunday - Closed
